Betsy Fried

Placer County real estate has been synonymous with life for Betsy Fried, from raising a family in her home to caring for her parents in their old age. In fact, her parents’ journey was what drew her to become a real estate professional. Their transition gave her a deep knowledge of their concerns and led to her certification as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist®.

A Realtor® since 2015, Betsy brings a strong professional skill set with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and 20 years of monitoring quality in health care. She prides herself on excellent service, consistent communication, active listening, and managing concerns before they become issues. “I do not take it lightly when a client trusts me to help them purchase or sell a home,” she says. In the years since becoming a real estate professional, Betsy has raked in industry accolades. She was dubbed Member of the Year by the Women’s Council of Realtors®, where she was also program director in 2017. That same year, she was also a designated Masters Club member and a second-time Gold Executive Club member at her previous brokerage.

Betsy serves a diverse clientele, including all age groups from seniors to millennials, veterans, and the LGBTQ+ community, all worthy of trust and the highest ethical standards. She strives to convey understanding and compassion for all. “I understand every individual has a different story, and I tailor my services to meet their needs,” she says. “The core values that drive me are trust, ethics, and diversity.”

Away from work, Betsy likes painting, gardening, wine tasting, and entertaining friends. She and her husband own a vacation home in Lake Wildwood, where Betsy enjoys kayaking, learning to golf, reading, and taking long walks.
